Application, approval + vendor mix
All vendors must apply and receive approval before registering. An application does not guarantee acceptance. Applications are reviewed based on event fit, available space, product or menu mix, and the overall variety already approved for each date.
The Chamber may limit vendors with substantially similar primary products, foods, beverages, or services. Category or product exclusivity is not guaranteed.
Booth space + vendor equipment
Standard vendor spaces are approximately 10' × 10'. Vendors supply their own tent or canopy, required tent weights, tables, chairs, displays, signage, payment equipment, and everything needed to operate the booth.
Inventory and equipment must remain within the assigned space. Disclose additional space, trailers, vehicle access, electricity, generators, cooking equipment, or special accommodations on the application.
Setup, vehicles + market hours
Vendor check-in and setup runs from 7:15–8:30 AM. All vendors must unload and remove vehicles from the market area by 8:30 AM. No vendor vehicle may enter or drive through the market after that time.
Booths must be ready before 9:00 AM and remain open through the 1:00 PM close. Early teardown is not permitted without an emergency or prior approval.
Food, beverages + menu changes
Food trucks, trailers, prepared-food vendors, specialty beverages, cottage-food producers, and other food businesses are welcome to apply. Submit an accurate description of primary menu items; a current menu may be requested.
After approval, contact the Chamber before substantially changing the primary menu or adding a major category that may overlap with another approved vendor.
Licensing, insurance + utilities
Each vendor is responsible for all licensing, permits, sales tax, food safety, insurance, and other requirements that apply to their operation. The Tea Chamber hosts the event but does not issue or verify individual licenses or permits.
Electricity and water are not guaranteed. Generator use, propane, open flame, cooking equipment, or utility needs must be disclosed and operated safely without unreasonable noise, exhaust, or disruption.
Conduct, cancellations + weather
Maintain a professional, welcoming, safe, and clean booth. Vendors remove all materials and waste. Food waste, grease, and wastewater may not be dumped on park property, pavement, landscaping, or into storm drains.
Notify the Chamber as soon as possible if you cannot attend. Registration fees are generally nonrefundable for vendor cancellations, and repeated no-shows or rule violations may affect future approval.
Saturday in the Park is outdoors. The Chamber may delay, shorten, relocate, modify, or cancel an event when weather or other conditions create safety concerns.
