Reserve your approved vendor space and join the community at Saturday in the Park.
This registration page is for vendors who have submitted an application and received approval from the Tea Chamber for Development. Each $75 purchase reserves one approximately 10′ × 10′ booth space for the selected month at Tea City Park.
What your registration includes
- One approximately 10′ × 10′ vendor space for one selected market month
- Vendor check-in and setup from 7:15–8:30 AM
- Market hours from 9:00 AM–1:00 PM
- Local visibility among Tea-area residents, families, and visitors
What you will need to bring
- Your own tent, tables, chairs, displays, signage, and payment supplies
- Proper tent weights securely attached to every tent leg
- Everything needed to operate your booth for the full market
Before you purchase
- Vendor application approval is required before registration.
- Select the month listed in your vendor approval.
- One purchase reserves one market date.
- All vehicles must be removed from the market area by 8:30 AM.
- Vendors must remain open through the end of the market at 1:00 PM.
- Electricity and water are not guaranteed.
What happens after checkout?
After checkout, your selected market month and registration payment will be recorded. The Chamber will provide approved vendors with any final event reminders or arrival instructions before the market.
All vendors must follow the Saturday in the Park vendor guidelines. Registration fees are generally nonrefundable, and the market may be modified or canceled because of weather or other conditions.
Active Tea Chamber members receive a full-season Saturday in the Park booth as a membership benefit and should contact the Chamber rather than purchasing this registration.
