There are 3 options to choose from:
Youth Booth – for Minor Students starting a business – $10 per event or $40 for all summer
1 Time Only – Standard Vendor Space for a single event – $50
All Days – Standard Vendor Space for all 2025 events – $175 (Tier 1 Membership Included)
Vendor Information
Thank you for your interest to be a vendor for Saturday in the Park (SITP)! We’re thrilled to have you join us for this exciting community event. To ensure a smooth experience, please review the important details below regarding setup, check-in, and vendor guidelines.
Event Details
When: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM on the 3rd Saturday of July, August, September & October
Dates: July 19th, August 16th, September 20st & October 18th 2025
Where: Tea City Park – 239 E. Brian St., Tea, SD 57064
Vendor Check-In & Setup
🔹 Check-In Time: 7:15 AM – 8:30 AM at the City Park shelter
🔹 Setup Must Be Complete by: 8:30 AM – No vehicles in the park after this time!
🔹 Booths Must Stay Open Until: 1:00 PM (Early closure may impact future applications)
Mobile businesses (trucks/vehicles) must park in the designated park parking lot. No driving onto the grass.
All other vendors may unload in the parking lot before 8:30 AM but must remove their vehicles by this time.
Booth Space & Fees
Booth Fee: $50 per Saturday
Do you need electricity? An extra fee may be required. Please reach out to us at info@teasdchamber.com to discuss.
Vendors are responsible for their own setup, display, and signage.
Payment is due before setup!
First-come, first-served booth placement: Look for event helpers in BLUE Tea Chamber for Development t-shirts when you arrive.
Submit a HIGH-RES transparent logo to info@teasdchamber.com to be included in social media promotions.
Free Advertising Opportunity
Boost your visibility! Vendors may submit up to 4 items for promotion through various marketing channels.
Attendee Engagement:
Guests will receive note cards encouraging visits to multiple booths.
These cards serve as entries for gift basket drawings each Saturday.
A grand prize drawing will take place at the final SITP event!
